- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Prepare feasibility studies, project proposals, and business cases to evaluate new ventures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth development and execution of business deals.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Assist in preparing financial models, risk assessments, and reports for business decisions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Mobilize internal teams for resource allocation and successful project execution when needed.
- Candidates with strong project management backgrounds will be expected to leverage their experience to manage the entire lifecycle of project-based business deals.
- Competence: (i.e. Minimum Education, Past Experience, Previous Training Attended or Qualification):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development or project management roles.
- Strong understanding of business development processes, feasibility studies, and contract negotiation.
- Experience with full project lifecycles (from feasibility to contract) is an advantage.
- CAPM certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, project evaluation, and reporting is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Corporate Affairs Executive / Senior Corporate Affairs Executive

- Assist the Head of Corporate Affairs cum Management Representative in managing and coordinating day-to-day corporate affairs activities.
- Assist in follow-up with regulatory, safety, and compliance matters, including documentation, submissions, tracking, and coordination to ensure full compliance and no delay in any submission.
- Assist in ISO 9001–related matters, including documentation control, coordination with departments, follow-up on action items, and compliance tracking.
- Support preparation, compilation, and coordination of corporate documents, including board papers, resolutions, announcements, and internal approvals.
- Support corporate branding and communications initiatives, ensuring consistency with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Assist in sustainability and ESG matters.
- Ensure monthly reports from all departments under Corporate Affairs are submitted accurately and on time.
- Assist in preparing presentations, management reports, summaries, meeting minutes and briefing materials as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties such as company secretaries, regulators, safety officers, bankers, insurer and consultants.
- Assist in corporate exercises, bank loan matters, and insurance renewals, including documentation and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records, trackers, and filing systems for corporate affairs, regulatory, compliance, and ISO documentation.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as directed by the Head of Corporate Affairs cum Management Representative.
- Provide additional support during audits, regulatory submissions, corporate exercises, and peak periods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, Law, Finance, Communications, or related fields
- Exposure or certification in corporate governance, compliance, or sustainability is an advantage
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate affairs, corporate secretarial, compliance, regulatory, or related roles (fresh graduates with relevant academic background may be considered)
- Experience in listed companies, regulated industries, or professional firms is preferred
- Understanding of corporate governance principles, regulatory compliance, and corporate documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
- Ability to coordinate stakeholders and collaborate across departments
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and structured working approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation management, with professionalism, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability

Finance / Accounting Intern
Internship Program for Finance / Accounting Students

- Sept – Dec (Min 3 months)
- Finance Department
- Office-based
- Develop and maintain a proper filing system;
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions;
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancy;
- Perform monthly closing accounts for dormant companies;
- Prepare and process payments to vendors;
- Assist on Finance admin tasks;
- Any other ad hoc assignment
- Undergraduate who are pursuing Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Accounting (Preferred)
- Able to handle tight timeline
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Asset Engineer Intern
Internship Program for Asset Engineer

- Sept – Dec (Min 3 months)
- Asset Engineering - Operations & Maintenance
- Site-based
- Assist all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works, operations, and service of the plants by working with the O&M Manager to ensure minimal downtime.
- Assist in compiling all plants' operation monthly submissions (16 types) derived from the raw data of the monthly reports’ submission.
- Prepare at least 2 operation sites’ monthly operation performance reports.
- Assist with inventory setup.
- Assist in supervising pilot projects such as sludge drying setup and related biogas plant improvement actions.
- Assist in aligning operational procedures and documentation.
- Assist the safety department to ensure all safety and health aspects of operation sites.
- Required to travel to sites within Peninsular of Malaysia where our site located.
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor.
- Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical) or related
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel in Peninsular Malaysia
- Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work responsibly and independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
